I came to Cherry Chase as the nervous parent of a second grader in 1993, when our previous school closed. Very soon, I found myself volunteering in the library and the computer lab. In 1997 I became the LRC specialist. I hope to be here for some time to come. I enjoy working with children and helping them discover the library and the wonders it holds. I hope to foster a love of books in all of our students and to help them use the library to its fullest.

My husband and I have lived in California since 1980 and in Sunnyvale since 1986, the year our son was born. We also have a daughter who is three years younger. Both children attended Cherry Chase School.
